RISKS AND CHALLENGES
Political Factors - Government initiatives create risks that a pre-school may not be able to deliver the policy as expected, for example, minimum academic qualification of a pre-school teacher.
Economic Factors - the cost of different resources is also relatively high including resources for quality teachers and technology solutions.
Social Factors - Demographic changes also affect pupil enrolment.
Technological Factors - Shift from paper based books to e-books, risk of computer hardware and software being outdated and lack of enough time for management of IT System
Legislative Factors - New legistrative system can easily pose noncompliance risks.
Environmental Factors - A new development near the school can increase environmental pollution or safety issues.
